Journey towards better health

It surprised me how easy it is to follow the NeoLife Detox Program. It was such fun to be in a WhatsApp support group. We shared photos and ideas to encourage each other along the way. Contact me if you would like to join a support group as we all journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

For 2 days we ate fruit and vegetables and the third day we introduced protein. I thought I would battle with no bread and coffee but, after the initial cravings, was surprised how better I felt. I have decided to continue with healthier eating for the rest of the month even though the 3 day detox is over. Just 3 days - and I am on a better health plan! AND on top of it I lost 2 kgs! Big smiles :)
