- Fill in the GNLD application form and sign it. (Download it
here)
- Deposit your joining fee of R500 into GNLD's account. (Details below).
- FAX (086 6720505) or scan and email the form to us at
gnld@yourday2day.co.za
Note: The application form has fillable fields so you can type your information
directly into the form. If possible, please fill in your details this way as it
reduces errors when we capture your information. Then print the form and sign it.
If you prefer to use a pen please do so.
